About Beast Rush
Beast Rush is one of the many games from the Attack Wagon Arcade Suite. I took the role of Game Programmer, implementing all of the game’s functionality, some of which I feature here. Since we had the freedom to create what we wanted, I led two artists to define and create all the turrets, enemies and enviroment. This project helped me learn a lot about 2D games and Beamable.

Rounds
There are an infinite amount of rounds. The goal of the game is to survive for as long as possible. Every round stronger enemies spawn
Special Rounds
Sometimes you get a special round, in these rounds enemies are usually faster or stronger than usual. These rounds are designed to eliminate the player as fast as possible
Boss Round
Every 7 rounds is a boss round. For every boss round you survive another boss will spawn in the next, until it becomes total chaos. These enemies have the capability of destroying your towers, and replacing them can become expensive!
